Our experience with Tim Clough has been nothing short of brilliant . After being knocked back from 2 other lenders , my wife and I thought that the hope of refinancing to put us in a better financial position was dead n buried . We were introduced to Tim via a 3rd party and I must say I was sceptical , why could this guy do what 2 others couldn’t . I was quite direct in politely saying don’t waste our time as by this time I was getting sick of it all. Tim sat us down and professionally outlined what he felt he could do for us based on our story , and was quietly confident he could deliver on our wish.
Throughout the process Tim kept us up to date on everything , we submitted everything requested and I sit here now with a new mortgage and extra funds to help upgrade our home and we are saving a significant amount of money per month , to say this has been a game changer for my wife and I is an understatement, we are super excited of what comes next and we have Tim to thank for that.
